You submit the referral

Fill out the short form below with your patient's contact information and a brief clinical reason for the referral. It takes about two minutes.

We reach out to your patient

Our team contacts your patient directly — usually within one business day — to schedule a telehealth visit with Sarah at a time that works for them. You don't have to coordinate scheduling.

Sarah evaluates and treats

Your patient meets with Sarah over secure video. She provides a personalized, evidence-based plan and sends any prescriptions to their pharmacy.

We follow up with you

After the visit, we send you a summary of our assessment and treatment plan so you can continue to follow your patient's care.

Insurance we accept

We work with most major commercial insurance plans. We recommend patients verify their telehealth dermatology benefits before the visit.

Please note: we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

$100 self-pay rate

For patients without accepted insurance — including those on Medicare or Medicaid, or anyone who simply prefers not to use insurance — we offer a flat, all-in $100 self-pay rate per visit. No surprise bills, no guesswork.
