In-Network Plans
Insurance We Accept
We're in-network with most plans from these major carriers. Upload your card at booking and we'll verify your benefits before your visit.
Don't see your carrier or not sure if your plan is covered? Contact us and we'll check for you.
Medicare & Medicaid
We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time. If you're covered by either, you're welcome to book using our self-pay option below.
$100 Self-Pay Rate
Prefer not to use insurance, or not in-network? Pay a flat $100 per visit — no claims, no surprise bills. We'll provide a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
How It Works
What to Expect With Insurance
From uploading your card to your final bill, here's exactly how an insurance-based visit flows.
- 1
Upload Your Insurance
When you book, upload a photo of the front and back of your insurance card. We verify your plan and benefits before your visit.
- 2
Pay Your Booking Deposit & Copay
A $10 booking deposit confirms your appointment. If your plan has a copay, you'll pay it at the time of your visit.
- 3
Have Your Visit
Meet with Sarah via secure video for your evaluation and personalized treatment plan.
- 4
Insurance Adjusts the Charge
We submit the claim to your insurer. They apply their contracted rate, adjusting the billed amount down to the allowed amount.
- 5
Insurance Pays Their Share
Based on your plan, your insurer pays their portion of the allowed amount directly to us.
- 6
You're Billed the Remainder
Any remaining patient responsibility — such as a deductible or coinsurance — is billed to you, minus the deposit and copay you already paid.
Your exact out-of-pocket cost depends on your specific plan's deductible, copay, and coinsurance.
A Simple $10 Booking Deposit
For insurance-based appointments, we collect a small $10 deposit to confirm your booking. It's applied toward any patient responsibility for your visit and is only kept in the event of a no-show.
